Registration Coordinator

Support SDE’s Business Systems by maintaining and updating data in Cvent and Microsoft Dynamics CRM using delivered tools in each program.  Become proficient in all aspects of Cvent event building, including SDE’s National Event and all aspects of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Sales Modules, and SDE extended modules to manage Public Events. Create Excel workbooks from extracted data to aid senior management in business decisions and past event analysis.

Ideal candidate will be a self-starter and independent worker with high organizational and communication skills. The candidate needs to work on multiple projects independently and manage their own workload within deadlines. Strong Microsoft Office skills are required including intermediate level Excel skills.  The candidate should have a strong desire and ability to learn and adapt to new software. The candidate needs good interpersonal and communication skills to work with local and remote staff and management.



  • Manage and maintain event templates
  • Ad hoc changes to specific events to deal with session cancellations/closure, presenter changes and capacity changes
  • Assign and verify school data for registrants using SDE’s proprietary system
  • Repetitive updates for event repairs
  • Event set up utilizing templates
  • Session set -up and updates
  • Presenter set-up and updates
  • Session capacity and location additions and changes
  • Export data for manipulation in Excel


  • Create placeholder sessions for new public events
  • Maintain public events and sales orders
  • Management of handouts from presenters in SDE’s proprietary system
  • Export data for manipulation in Excel

Data Processing

  • Run reports through Visual Cut or DataLink Viewer to support Customer Service and the Executive Team.
  • Create Excel workbooks, sorting, filtering and creating pivot tables
